Another Year

Wow. So my best friend dredged this blog up to remind me, and I'm astonished to find that it's been more than a year...

The Laveen BBQ had meat this year and went extremely well. It was, in fact, raining everywhere else in the valley. As I drove to the BBQ I found that there was a hole in the clouds above and all of Laveen was in sunshine.

I'm still trying to build a practice and it's still slow going. I have what seems to be the prospect of a job, but they haven't called yet. I'm going to start attending networking events to see if I can find something other than 8 hrs/week of tutoring math.

Bees and roadrunners have been showing up - generally telling me to make plans and stick with them. Hope that's true!
